Only run for display and video for selling. Runs perfect. All details intact. Smoke works. Sound works. Comes complete with instructions in original box. The little plastic bags were opened because I was looking for the rear hitch to attach to the locomotive. Add smoke fluid as needed. It smokes best after warm up and at higher throttle. The sound works good and is controlled by the round switch underneath the tender. The tender takes a 9v battery(included) and goes in under the water hatch cover on top rear of tender.
