This set is designed to illustrate how the interurban lines crossed over the railroad main lines, and had to wait for the freight train to cross the grid before proceeding. Both trains run perfect. Cars are in very good condition. Transformer works great. Has dual train controls. Tracks have all been cleaned on top and are nickel silver. Layout size is 4x8. Track diagram included. Also comes with the structures, telephone poles and little signs, trestles, 3 bridges, and tunnel. Easy to set up.
