Restored 2-train relay controlled Lionel 4x8 train set layout w/crossover #71
Fully restored, well tested and runs perfect. Set has two main lines that are automatically controlled with activator tracks so they will never collide with each other at the crossover. One line is the trolley line with the Lionel delay station and the other line is the longer freight line that goes over the long bridge. If the freight train is coming through, the relay system will stop the trolley and restart it after the freight rolls through at the crossover. Very easy to wire and set up. Instructions included along with track diagram. My card is inside all the set boxes in case you have any questions. The instructions for operating the delay station are included also. Sale includes everything on the workbench including the freight train, the trolley, train station and other structures, trestle set, 24" truss bridge, all 027 tracks(reconditioned), Type R dual throttle transformer, telephone pole set, operating semaphore, operating block signal, tunnel, and 45 degree crossover. Pics are included to help set up. The block signal is set up to turn red with the trolley on the stop track and turn green as it passes by. The operating semaphore arm drops as the freight passes by and goes back up after it passes. The delay station can be set from a brief stop to a longer one, and has a "continuous" setting where the trolley passes by without stopping.
